GlobalSource IT is working with a direct end client in the Sheboygan, WI area that is looking for a strategic Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies and objectives. 3 days a week onsite is needed.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachmann) and how to apply them to HR-specific needs.
- Expertise in system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between HCM systems, ERP, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies for HR-related systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and key business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
